I guesss thats a long way to say that you need to figure out what you think and what you belive yourself.

ive been trying to do that for the past 3 months, im not even half way yet...

That's totally OK too! Figuring out big things like what you belive and who you are take a really long time. Mostly they won't happen overnight. It may not happen in three months. It may not happen in three years.
Don't worry about it, you have your whole life to figure it out!

Oh God, im going to be confused for the rest of my life...

That's not always a bad thing. I love finding new things that I believe in, it's an incredible feeling.

I love finding new things to believe in as well, or making new insightful discoveries. It's one of the reasons I love this path. It's so fluid and changing, and nothing is set in stone.

Yes, new, wonderful things to believe in!

I remember two years ago, the neighbor put up holiday lights around his house for his family. A little bit of the end of the lights went around the side of the house where I had my dogs' run. I remember looking up at the lights with my little puppy dogs, believing that a miracle would happen that year.

Little, foolish things to believe in. They make me happy, too.

I only get confused when I try too hard to understand. I just look at the pretty lights.

Sometimes it's okay to be confused. Back in the 1970's, when I was in high school, lots of us were confused. It really took an extra effort to find information and study. Honors students truly weren't a dime a dozen back in those frustrating, old days.

The internet/information age is so amazing. It takes so little time and effort anymore to find out the answer to something. I guess there could be an attraction to confusion in a world of perpetual information exchange.

We don't always want to unwrap the mystique, do we?

sometimes... when I have a hard time NOT understanding. I let go of that for a while and accept that the God and Goddess have taught me to question so that I may learn. Some of the best lessons and understanding have come when I have let go of the very thing I was in search of, and it came to me in its own time. :mozwink:
