Okay so here’s the thing, I have no idea why I’m dreaming these horrible dreams but for the past 2 months I have been dreaming about being murdered I know it’s just a dream but it seems to affect my awaking life as well for about a few hours throughout the day. A couple of weeks ago I had a dream that I went camping with a bunch of friends and then all of a sudden this unknown guy comes in and he has this shot gun. We were all on the ground and the thought going through my head is that I knew I was dreaming and I have to wake up before this guy shoots me. For some reason I couldn’t wake up and I knew I was gonna be shot, the guy picked me up and pointed the gun and shot me in the head. I still didn’t wake up! when he shot me I didn’t hear a big bang or anything but a pop sound and everything went dark and I felt very very dizzy and I saw myself fall to the ground, I actually felt pressure on my head too.. This dream gave me a very unsettling feeling the Whole day it’s like I still had emotions attached to the dream. Last night I also had a dream (I can’t really remember it very well) but all I can remember is someone torturing me and I’m shaking my head trying to wake up and I’m screaming so loud (I’m not sure if I woke up screaming or shaking, I asked my boyfriend if I woke him up last night but he said no, so not so sure if I woke up like that I don’t remember waking up)
But I have been having other dreams too where I have been seriously hurt and not being able to wake up.. Is there anything I can possibly do to prevent these nightmares from happening or maybe I can come to the conclusion on why I'm having these horrible dreams.
